Welcome to PRK WORLD PTE LTD

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of PRK WORLD PTE LTD's Services.

Chargeable Volume

Goods are measured based on chargeable volume.

Minimum of 1 CBM per shipment is required for delivery.

Packing

PRK WORLD PTE LTD. will not be held responsible for items destroyed or damaged due to inappropriate packaging.

We will charge for repacking of goods should the need arise.

Warehouse will not accept any cargo that does not have any marking code.

Import Formalities

All imports are to comply with the rules and regulations of Singapore Customs

PRK will not be responsible for any additional duties/ taxes/ consequences that may arise from false declaration of content and or value

PRK only accepts General Cargo, please do check with us for acceptance prior to sending

Liabilities and Insurance

Liabilities:

The maximum liability for non-insured lost shipment is limited to SGD100.00 or declared value of goods, whichever is lower.

Insurance:

You may choose to insure your cargo with us, premium is based on case to case basis

Privacy Policy

Any estimated schedule is based on estimation and PRK will not be liable for any loss or damages arising out of other circumstances.

PRK reserves the right to terminate your account and reject your package without giving any reason for such decision.

We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time without notice and, unless otherwise indicated, such changes will become effective immediately. Therefore, please check these terms periodically for changes.

All transactions are bounded by the Standard Trading Conditions (STC) of the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA). A copy will be provided upon request.
